Liz Parrish: a Person with a Purpose

Canadian Sylvain Rochon presents Liz Parrish and her mission in the latest episode of People With Purpose, "an experimental and inspirational concept show designed to encourage professionals and young individuals to start or participate in projects that improve the lives of others in their community and at large."

Liz speaks about the importance of making a better world, meaning the necessity to increase healthy life span, care about our environment, and create a world in which we get along and help each other move forward. Unhealthy people are selfcentered and inward looking, while healthy people turn outward to help others. Hence perfect health is about more than individuals living longer.  It is about a better, more peaceful and kinder world.
